Dear Tom,
Have you ever considered adding a diff plugin to emel? I would love to
be able to select two files in different panes, and select the diff
plugin. Then get a nice two-pane window displaying the diffs, and
allowing to save a patch. What do you think?

Regards,
Liviu

I added a button to launch tkdiff. I think this gives you what you want.
The command was
/user/krolnik/.config/emelfm2/config-en_US.iso88591:TK
diff|/user/krolnik/tkdif48.png|Diff the selected files from both
panes|tkdiff|%p %P

Definitely not! Doing diff's well is no small thing.

Instead - e.g. meld %p %P, aliased however suits your fancy.

Makes sense. Thanks,
