In svn revision 2684 both the fr.po and ja.po fail.

For fr.po
msgmerge: found 14 fatal errors
msgfmt: found 14 fatal errors

For ja.po
msgmerge: found 1008 fatal errors
msgfmt: too many errors, aborting
