Filetypes colors are case-sensitive

Hello.

file.jpg is colored and file.JPG isn't.
"case-insensitive filetypes" flag is checked.

Kyrill, some minor changes in svn now, designed to fix this.

Not yet tested, here. Could you please try, and report ?
